Fast troubleshooting begins long before the first outage.

When a user says “the network is slow,” the team needs to distinguish internet latency, DNS, Wi-Fi signal, congestion, switch errors, firewall inspection, application response and the user’s own device. That is difficult when ports are unlabelled, VLANs are undocumented and nobody knows which circuit serves which branch.

Our network work produces an operating baseline alongside the installation. The baseline includes topology, addressing, device roles, uplinks, internet services, Wi-Fi settings, configuration ownership and the acceptance tests used at handover. Documentation is written for future diagnosis, not only for the project file.

Circuit hand-offs, addressing, failover expectations, ISP escalation, public services and the boundary between provider and client equipment.

Core and access roles, VLANs, trunks, loop protection, power budgets, port descriptions, uplinks and capacity for expected growth.

    Survey the site and workflows

    We inspect spaces, racks, cabling routes, current equipment, interference and the applications or devices that depend on each area.

    Design the failure boundaries

    Segmentation, uplinks, capacity, resilience and management access are chosen with business impact and maintenance in mind.

    Stage and implement

    Configurations are prepared where possible, change windows are agreed and rollback conditions are defined before production cutover.

    Test the real use cases

    We test connectivity, roaming, performance, segmentation, failover where included and the specific devices or applications the project must support.

    Hand over the network

    Diagrams, configuration ownership, port maps, circuit records, warranties, test evidence and known limitations enter the operating baseline.
