A cable hidden above the ceiling can remain a business dependency for years.
Structured cabling is easy to judge by appearance and difficult to judge by evidence. A tidy rack does not prove that link length, termination, pathway separation or labelling is correct. Problems often surface later as intermittent PoE devices, unstable access points, unexplained negotiation speeds or hours spent tracing an outlet during an incident.
KaizenDubai treats the cabling package as a support asset. The survey connects desk layouts, cameras, access points, phones, printers and building systems to the rack and switch plan. Installation records preserve those relationships. The handover reconciles the planned outlet with the outlet actually installed, the patch-panel position and the corresponding test result.
