Run everyday IT
Managed support, IT AMC, user assistance, asset records, vendor escalation and recurring problem reduction for offices and multi-site operations.
Choose a service by the outcome you need to own: stable daily operations, a safer environment, dependable infrastructure, recoverable systems or a controlled software rollout.
Technology categories overlap. A Microsoft 365 problem may be an identity issue; a slow warehouse application may be Wi-Fi, switching or the ISP. Our service map groups work by the responsibility that must remain visible.
Managed support, IT AMC, user assistance, asset records, vendor escalation and recurring problem reduction for offices and multi-site operations.
Identity hardening, endpoint controls, email security, firewall governance, vulnerability testing and incident readiness built around realistic business risks.
Networks, business Wi-Fi, structured cabling, server rooms and branch connectivity designed with documentation, testing and future support in mind.
Microsoft 365 administration, tenant security, mailbox migrations, licensing review, shared data governance and recovery planning.
Clinic and pharmacy software deployment, workflow configuration, user adoption, interfaces and operational support for UAE healthcare providers.
A contract should match the work pattern. Buying a large recurring package for a one-time migration wastes money; treating a recurring support problem as a project leaves nobody responsible next month.
| Model | Use it when | Typical output |
|---|---|---|
| Assessment | The environment or root cause is unclear | Baseline, findings, risk order and a scoped action plan |
| Defined project | There is a specific change with a start and acceptance point | Design, implementation, testing, documentation and handover |
| IT AMC | Listed assets need preventive and break-fix maintenance | Coverage schedule, response terms, maintenance records and escalation |
| Managed IT | The business needs continuing ownership and improvement | Helpdesk, monitoring, administration, reporting and an improvement queue |
Support agreements fail when broad phrases such as “everything included” replace an asset list and responsibility matrix. Hardware replacement, project labour, after-hours work, vendor subscriptions, consumables and major migrations may or may not belong in a contract. We state the boundary before the first incident, then record approved exceptions rather than relying on memory.
The same discipline applies to security. No provider can guarantee that an organisation will never experience an incident. A credible scope explains which controls are operated, how alerts are handled, what evidence is retained and where specialist incident response or legal advice would be engaged.
Whether the engagement lasts two weeks or several years, the delivery chain should produce evidence that another qualified person can understand.
We translate the request into affected users, systems, locations, risks and acceptance conditions. This prevents a product quote from becoming the scope by default.
Access, warranties, licensing, internet services, data flows and other suppliers are checked before work is scheduled.
Changes use backups, maintenance windows, test cases and a known escalation path. Material deviations are recorded and approved.
Configurations, diagrams, credentials ownership, renewal dates, known limitations and follow-up actions are transferred into the support baseline.
Share the operational problem, the affected users or sites, and what has already been tried. We will recommend the smallest sensible next step.
